Closing Services - Getting Started

Please complete the following procedure to begin your closing process with Chicago Title Company's National Timeshare Division*.
The first step to a successful closing for all parties involved is to fill out the attached forms that are in a PDF format. If you cannot open these forms, please make sure you have the free Adobe Reader software (available at www.adobe.com). If you continue to have problems, send an email to info@myauctionco.com and specify what form you need. Please direct all closing questions to collierc@ctt.com.
Form 1
Please use this form to fill out your contact information as well as the buyer's information (you will need to wait until the auction closes and you have received the buyer's information). Don't forget to send an email asking your buyer for contact information.
Form 2
Please fill out this form, as it asks questions about your timeshare that are important to the closing process. It is very important to the closing agent -- and to your buyer -- to know if the week has been "banked" or not.
Form 3
This is merely an "FYI" form to provide answers to questions about special circumstances.
Property Deed
Please send or fax a copy to the address below along with Forms 1 and 2
Once Forms 1 and 2 are filled out completely, and you have located the prior Title Policy and Deed, please mail or fax copies of these documents using the following information:

*Escrow service only. Chicago Title offers title insurance for an additional fee. For the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida and Hawaii, escrow and title insurance are available for $545. Please contact us for a quote for all other states and international sales.
